We have a specialism for design led projects for individuals, public and private sector clients. We have great experience in housing design, from house extensions through to large one off houses.
Our architecture studio is based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, giving great access to projects across the region and further afield with fast and easy access into London.

A full measured survey of the existing property will be carried out.
Sketch Designs
Design proposals will be drawn up. Some different options may be possible.
Planning Approval
Not all building projects will require planning approval. Some proposals will be allowed under ‘Permitted Development Rights’.
Building Regulation Approval
Most building works will require Building Regulation Approval.
Project Supervision
We can provide a comprehensive service that manages and oversees the project from drawing approval stage through to on-site completion.
